SLEEPS: 2adults 4 kids~ Queen bed, and a set of FULL bunk beds. Includes sheets, pillows, towels, & blankets.

AMENITIES: 2 Smart TVs with antenna and cable hook up, full size fridge, gas stove and oven, microwave, indoor radio, single serve coffee maker. Outdoor kitchen includes stove, sink and fridge. There is also quick connect gas for your outdoor grill.

INCLUDED: 6 camping chairs, 10x10 pop up canopy, kettle, cutting board, dishes & basic utensils. Cleaning supplies and linens. Propane tank that doesn't have to be refilled.
You will need to supply your own- firewood, charcoal, paper plates, etc

TOWING: 7- way connector, 2-5/16 ball, Trailer weighs 5248lbs, Hitch 7629lbs, GVWR 7000lbs . Bluetooth Trailer brake controller provided if needed and available. Trailer brake controller required. Antisway bars and hitch included.

OFF GRID CAMPING (No electric or water connection available at the campsite) : A generator is required to keep the battery charged. If you do not have one you may rent ours. Fresh water tank holds 42gal, gray water tank holds 34gal, black tank holds 34gal. The fridge can runs on ELECTRIC ONLY. The stove, hot water heater, and furnace run on propane. Electric heater provided. AC runs on 30+ amp electricity only. Lights and water pump run on the battery
