This lightweight 3800LBS single axel camper is LOADED with extras and comes with just about everything you would need to start your camping trip. FULL-SIZE bunks, electric awning, outdoor kitchen, quick connect for grills, FULL size fridge, WIFI booster, 32" Smart TV able to listen through camper speakers, blue tooth radio, sink in the bathroom, electric jack, electric stabilizers!!!

SLEEPS: 7 adults~ Queen bed with new memory foam topper, table folds to twin bed, and a set of FULL bunk beds with memory foam toppers. Includes sheets, pillows, towels, & blankets.

AMENITIES: TV with antenna, WIFI booster, full size fridge, gas stove, microwave, indoor blue-tooth radio with USB, k-cup & single serve coffee maker. Outdoor kitchen includes stove and fridge. There is also quick connect gas for your outdoor grill.

INCLUDED: 6 camping chairs, 10x10 pop up canopy, kettle, cutting board, pots, pans, bowls, cups, plates & basic utensils.

You will need to supply your own- firewood, charcoal, paper plates, etc

OFF GRID CAMPING (No electric or water connection available at the campsite) : A generator is required to keep the battery charged if you are not connectedto electricity. If you do not have one you may rent ours. Fresh water tank holds 27gal, gray water tank holds 30gal, black tank holds 30gal. The fridge can run on propane/ electric. The stove, hot water heater, and furnace run on propane. Electric heater provided. AC runs on 30+ amp electricity only. Lights and water pump can run on the battery
