Comes with just about everything needed to start your camping trip. This camper can be all ELECTRIC if you do not want to use propane. Electric- Awning, jack, hot water heater, fridge, heater, and one stove burner. 3604lbs dry weight easily towed by a variety of vehicles. 22' long 8' wide makes it easy to fit in just about any camping spot.

SLEEPS: 5 adults~ Queen upgraded LUCID memory foam mattress, table folds to twin bed, and a set of twin bunk beds. Includes sheets, pillows, towels, & blankets.

AMENITIES: Smart TV with live channels, cable hook up, TV hook up in front of camper for outdoor use, fridge, gas stove, microwave, indoor blue-tooth radio with USB, k-cup & single serve coffee maker, electric awning. Pots, pans, utensils, cleaning supplies. Camping chairs, 10x10 pop up canopy, and outdoor electric and butane burner. 12v plug in kitchen with inverter included for dry camping.

You will need to supply your own- firewood, charcoal, small butane bottles for outdoor stove, and disposable paper products.

DELIVERY: Delivery, setup, take down, empty tanks with flexible pick up and drop off times.
Delivery is not allowed in the National Park. (Elkmont, Cades Cove, Smokemont)

TOWING: New Tires ~7- way connector, 2-5/16 ball, Trailer weighs 3604lbs, Hitch 380lbs, GVWR 4780lbs TRAILER BRAKE CONTROLLER REQUIRED.

OFF GRID CAMPING (No electric or water connection available at the campsite) : A generator is required to keep the battery charged. If you don't have one you can rent one of ours. Fresh water tank- 27gal, gray water tank- 26gal, black tank- 26gal. The fridge can run on propane/electric. The stove, hot water heater, & furnace run on propane. AC runs on 30+ amp electricity only. Lights and water pump can run on the battery

PET POLICY
We have select campers that are pet friendly with a $75 non refundable Pet Fee.
-Bottom sheet will be provided but you must bring your own blankets and towels.
-No cats allowed due to allergies.
-Renter is responsible for any damage caused by pets.
-Pets can not be left alone in the camper
-Crate when unattended
-Not allowed on the furniture.
$150 for excessive shedding left in the camper. Please clean up after your pet.
$150 for any unapproved pets. Pay pet fee upront
