Just about everything you need to start off your camping trip. 3246 lbs dry weight, 22' long 8' wide makes it easy to fit in just about any camping spot. Very easy to set up and use. Electric jack makes leveling a breeze.
SLEEPS: 5 adults. Queen bed with new 3" memory foam topper, table folds to twin bed, and a set of twin bunk beds. Includes sheets, pillows, towels, & blankets.
AMENITIES: Smart TV with antenna, cable connections, fridge, gas stove, microwave, indoor blue-tooth radio with USB, k-cup & single serve coffee maker
You will need to supply your own- firewood, charcoal, small butane bottles for outdoor stove
DELIVERY: Delivery, and set up available with flexible schedule
DRY CAMPING: GENERATOR REQUIRED . If you don't have one you may rent ours. Fresh water tank- 27 gallons, gray water tank- 30 gallons, black tank- 30 gallons. The fridge can run on propane/electric. The stove, hot water heater, & furnace run on propane. AC runs on 30+ amp electricity only. Lights and water pump can run on the battery

Does this have AC? Also wondering if available this coming Wednesday to be taken to Bulls Gap TN. We want to park at my Moms vs traveling back and forth to a hotel. We would not be arriving to her house until 7 or 8pm but they will be home.
