This travel trailer has a full kitchen with a stove, oven, and refrigerator/freezer. It will sleep 10, but we dont recommend more than 6 for comfort. The table and sofa turn into short full beds, plus there are 2 short full Bunkbeds, and a short Queen. Plenty of storage room and a bathroom with a shower. It also has an outdoor shower and sink. If you are going somewhere without full hook-up, we have a portable dump tank that can be included. No smoking or pets allowed. Delivery, set up, and pick up available within a 120 mile radius.
Linens for queen bed are included. Other beds will need linen or we like to use sleeping bags. Basic kitchen utensils and dishes are included. A portable dump tank and small grill can be included upon request. Trailer must be clean upon return or a cleaning fee (up to $500) will be deducted from the deposit.
Pulling a trailer makes the travel time longer, plan appropriately. If you are new to pulling a trailer, we recommend pull thru sites. Plan to empty the black and/or gray tanks when they are 3/4 full. Do not let them get completely full or you may have back-up issues. Make sure everything is latched prior to pulling out. This includes the frig, doors to the master suite, and any other doors/cabinet doors. Make sure you have room to let out the slide out before beginning to do so.
No smoking or pets allowed. If this rule is broken, you will not receive your deposit back. You must be on time or early for returning as this could effect another persons vacation. If the trailer is returned late, you will be charged an additional nights rent. Due to the inability to perform an accurate inspection after dark, no returns will be accepted after sunset. Additional rental fees may apply.
