There are two TVs, 43" and 32" one in the Master bedroom, both units are Smart TVs with Roku feature. Living room has a 2 large slide out making the living area/kitchen more spacious. Electric awning with LED lights, audio system with indoor and outdoor speakers, full size fridge, outdoor gas cooktop, stove and a microwave, gas/electric water heater, 1 AC, furnace heater, TV antenna, 50AMP power, 2x20lbs propane tanks with level indicator, electric jack, manual stabilizers.
Weight Distribution Hitch will be automatically added to every rental. The Weight Distribution Hitch distributes the weight evenly across both axles of the vehicle and helps prevent swaying of the camper.
Propane Tanks will be full on pickup. Tanks must be returned full or will be charged $1/lb. to refill.
This camper has a GVW of 6,660 lbs & may require a larger SUV or larger truck to pull it. We will get with you to determine your towing capacity.

Don't forget to dump your waste!! Please return RV as clean as you received it or we can add an extra cleaning fee of $50 taken from your deposit.
