This RV is 31 feet long but still easy to drive and so smooth. It offers cruise control, cameras on the rear and side mirrors, power leveling jacks, power retractable entry steps, and tons of storage! It has a powered retractable TV overcab that can be watched in bed or while cozy on the couch or eating at dinette. Outdoor entertainment center is Bluetooth capable and puts out great sound. 2 slides make it super spacious inside. RV is newly remodeled with new flooring and paint throughout!

Pet friendly!
Pet fee is for standard cleaning and lodging only at a $75 non-refundable flat rate per booking. It does not include any damages that may be caused by your fur baby. Up to 2 pets (dog and cat friendly) are allowed that may not be over 50 pounds each. Prior approval needed. Pets will need to be kenneled if left unattended in RV to prevent damages. Large kennel available and complimentary upon request.
Towing is allowed upon prior approval
Travel to Mexico is prohibited
Smoking is prohibited
A $500 penalty will be charged for cleaning and deodorizing if evidence of any smoking is found upon return. This includes campfire smoke so please make sure windows and doors are closed before lighting a campfire.
There will be additional fees if unit is not returned clean, fuel and propane replenished to same level, or tanks not emptied.
Pickup/dropoff time is 6:00pm during weekdays. Unattended pickup/dropoff is available if that does not work for you! Weekend pickup/dropoff time is flexible. Dropoff after 8:00pm will be charged at an additional night of rental if late return option is not selected.
Unfortunately my awning has been damaged by a previous renter and is unavailable for use. Please remember to bring your own shade if needed.
