Don't drive over 55 MPH as this may cause Tire Blow-Out Resulting in Damage to Unit. RENTER MUST BE AT LEAST 25 & Occupants must each weigh less then 325 lbs each. Pickups are at 6:00 pm unless arranged otherwise. Rates quoted are for local travel. Deposit can be used for damage or dumping fee if trailer is not dumped or cleaning fee if we have to do any cleaning. If it is found out that you traveled further than destination we quoted (by either GPS tracker, sunpass, tickets etc) we will keep the deposit. We need renters e-mail address and phone number to send our reservation package & forms. **Only the vehicle listed on the reservation form/contract & had insurance verified on it can pull the trailer. NO OTHER VEHICLE CAN PULL THE TRAILER***** Show up on time for pick up/walk through appointment. For renters showing up more than 45 minutes late there is a $30.00 late charge. Please be sure there is room for the trailer where you are placing it & it is free of tree limbs. Please check the brake/light plug to make sure it is working properly before pick up. Please use septic safe toilet paper only in the trailer. The trailers are non-smoking & no pets. The trailers have copies on board of manuals for the generators, rv trouble shooting guides, copies of the registration. At pick up you will receive a copy of the signed contract & registration which you may need if you were to get pulled over or have an accident or get trailer impounded. The trailers must be returned clean inside (as found) & bug & mud free on the exterior. The sewer & water must be dumped. There are fees if we must clean the trailer & or if the sewer/water is not dumped. Dump stations at rvdumps.com - Road side assistance is include with rental but if you choose to change a flat tire yourself, we provide a trailer aid tire jack & lug remover. There are 2 propane tanks, but we do not supply gas unless selected and paid for. Weight limit per person is 325 and some beds have lighter limits. Check pulling vehicle is rated to tow the rv you have chosen (see specs with tow weight) Trailer awnings have been zip tide closed & not permitted to be used. If you decide to cut the zip tie & use the awning, you are 100% responsible for damage caused to trailer or awning. If anything is broken or damaged including tires please save the item & receipts. If an extra cord to convert power is needed let us know in advance. We provide power cords & may have adapters. We also provide a surge protector and supply polarity voltage check a/c line meter for 30 amp service which must be used before powering the trailer with any kind of power. Bad power can result in damage to slide out motors, awning motors, microwaves, air conditioners etc. (renter will be responsible for repairs and this is not covered under insurance). If you have bad power, you should notify campground to move you or have them figure out how to correct the power. If it is a generator you may need to swap to a swap to a different generator. Cords/adapters should be lifted off ground & should not be submerged in water. Class 4 or 5 Hitch is needed (we can provide) but with some lifted or lowered vehicles we may not have correct hitch. Renter is responsible for making sure their vehicle can tow trailer weight & they are not overloading the weight. Max load weight is 2500 lbs. Early returns do not get a refund.
