Welcome to home away from home. This smoke-free, pet-free, key-less entry, externally secure travel trailer has all of the amenities you desire at home. The 12-foot slide-out makes the interior roomy for you and your family or guests. Please see the pictures within our listing. With heat and air conditioning available (with proper electrical hookup), there are two separate bedrooms that can be sectioned off from each other with the master bedroom featuring a real (non-RV) queen sized bed and fan to keep you cool when not using the air. The other bedroom is towards the aft of the Travel Trailer and has four bunk beds where adults and kids have slept in the past. A 6-foot adult can lay down comfortably in any one of the four. The two bottom bunks are slightly wider. This bunk area can also be used to store your luggage and camping gear out of the way. There is a fold-out sofa that's even good for your mother-in-law or another adult to sleep on. Enjoy life in a place you can call you own.
Delivery:
We deliver locally as well as to Northern Michigan (lower peninsula), West Michigan, South & Central Michigan, as well as Southwestern Michigan.
We meet you at your site at an agreed upon date & time, saving you the hassles (hooking up, dropping off, leveling, filling water tank, gas expense for delivery, extra RV hauling insurance, vehicle hauling issues [jack-knifing, cross-winds], the mess and smell of dumping your waste, etc.). Travel trailer delivery and pick-up times can vary, and must be coordinated with vehicle owner. We do it all. Sorry, we do not support private party hauling of our camper. If you consider the cost of the low MPG you get when hauling a large travel trailer like this unit (if your towing vehicle allows it), and the extra insurance you need while transporting it, and the potential for an accident, then having us haul it for you is much easier. You have piece of mind and it is very economical. Leave the hassle to us so you won't have to! After all, a camping vacation is a time to enjoy life, not work at it.
What's Included:
Just in case you travel light or forget, we furnish limited bedding, minimal hand and bath towels, wash clothes and dish towels, minimal pots & pans, some dishes but no utensils. Cleaning supplies are included.
Power (shore or generator):
Rustic sites or improved sites, this unit is for you! However, campgrounds can be risky. Don't risk a fire if you inadvertently happen to hookup to an inappropriate or fluctuating power source. Our unit has a whole unit surge protector to protect you, your family and your equipment. If you plan to hook up to a nearby barn or your own generator, we have "pure sine wave" generator(s) available for rent to provide you with "clean" power. As always, and with any unit, please make certain you do not overload your power source circuit.
