(These are actual dimensions, other RV's exaggerate the size of beds)
Less than 3,000 pounds, means it can be towed by most vehicles.

A wireless electronic brake controller, which works only with the round 7-pin wire connectors only, is included at no cost. (Other trailers require your vehicle to have its own brake controller.)
If your tow vehicle has a 4-pin wiring connector, I will provide an adapter to work the trailer lights, however the trailer brakes will not be operational.
Supplies are included at no charge (a detailed list will be provided), just bring your own sheets and towels (provided at no cost for out-of-town renters).
Completely self-contained with hot water, inside and outside showers, toilet, sink, refrigerator, furnace and blue-tooth stereo with inside/outside speakers. In addition, A/C and microwave are operational with electrical hook-ups or generator ($10/day additional). No awning but an EZup will be provided.
Except for driving through campground, trailer is only allowed to travel on well maintained, paved, minimum 2-lane roads.
Low-season = $80/day
Mid-season = $85/day
High season/Summer = $90/day
