Pre-purchase a mileage package based on your travel plans for the low cost of $29 per 100 miles. If you don't know how many miles you'll be travelling right now, it's ok. You can purchase miles for the same low price when you pick up the RV.

Please note: Kit items and quantities may vary by location. Items may be substituted without notice. Kit items are for rent and must be returned to rental locations. Personal Convenience Kit and the Kitchen Kit are not offered at all locations. Please call your pickup location prior to your arrival to determine their availability.

We do not charge an additional fee but request that you return your RV in its original condition - and clean up after your pets. $50/hour cleaning charges may apply if the RV is not returned in clean condition.

One-Way Rentals:
Please note that there will be a surcharge for one-way rentals. To book a one-way rental, please send an inquiry and message us with your destination. We will then update the quote appropriately and send it back to you for your review. Vehicle towing is not allowed on one-way RV rentals.

Roadside Assistance is included along with RV rental insurance for peace of mind on your road trip. Please make sure that the box for Roadside Assistance is not checked before sending an inquiry. When you come to pick up your RV, you don't need to purchase any additional Liability insurance coverage, because you're already covered by RVnGO insurance.

Check in is between 1-4pm and drop off is between 8-11am. Please call us at the number provided on your reservation page a day before check-in to confirm when you will arrive for pickup. Customers should allow 1-2 hours after arrival for vehicle orientation and rental contract processing.

Priority AM Departure is available for an additional $145. Priority AM Departure requires a 15 day lead-time. Please call our office once you've booked a reservation that incudes priority AM departure, 15 days prior to pick-up to make the necessary arrangements.

The main driver must be present with a credit card (no debit cards) upon pick up, along with all additional drivers of the RV.

Towing is available, but must be arranged and paid for directly with our office prior to pick-up. Below are the details regarding towing your car with the RV:Object being towed cannot weigh more than 1,500 pounds maximum.
Small utility, motorcycle (capacity of 2 bikes) and single axle enclosed trailers no larger than 5ft x 8ft are usually less than 1,500 pounds.
Only one object may be towed at a time and the combined length of motorhome and object being towed cannot exceed 65 feet.
NO towing for one‐way rentals.
Minimum towing fee: $20 per night ($140 minimum charge)
El Monte RV Motorhomes are equipped with a 2" x 2" square receiver and Bargman 7‐way plug. Customer will need to provide the ball & mount and plug adapter for the towed object. We neither carry nor provide the ball & mount or adapter, nor do we assist in the rental of these items.
IMPORTANT: El Monte RV Lessor provides no collision or liability insurance nor VIP coverage for damage to the towed object or third party injury or damage inflicted by the towed object, under any circumstances.
