This brand new, Forest River Sunseeker who we like to call, Little Foot, is ready to hit the open road and accommodate to a family up to 6! 2 seatbelts in the cab, and 4 around the dinette make for roomy travel. Driving is a breeze with back up cam, lane detection monitoring system, and EZ ride premium suspension. As well as an arctic package for traveling during those cooler months. Hang out under your light up awning in the evenings and watch a game on the outdoor TV!

We happily provide cooking utensils, food storage containers, French press, plates, cups, the basics! We want you to feel and home and have what you need on the road to make your trip as simple and seamless as possible.
Cozy sleeping spaces including a queen bed over cab, private queen bed area on the slide out, and eat in dinette converts to a bed as well for more sleep space. The passenger cab seat can spin around and recline as well! Linens for all bedding can be included if you request it for an additional fee, otherwise feel free to bring your own!

STEPS TO AVOID ADDITIONAL CHARGES BEFORE RETURNING THE RV.
1) DUMP waste water tanks & Fill Propane used @ Wisconsin State Fair 601 S 76th St, Milwaukee,53214 OR Loves travel stop at 9650 S 20th st, oak creek
2) Fill unleaded gas tank and propane back to where it was prior to trip
3) Clean the INSIDE of RV. It should be as clean as when you rented. We will clean the outside. Reminder- No smoking in the RV! Any strong odors, such as smoke, cooking grease, fish, etc will result in the forfeiting of your full deposit.
4) Schedule the drop off/return time. Late fees can occur if a return was set and RV arrives past that scheduled time.
**The tires have been inspected and are certified to be in new condition. Therefore, should any tire issues arise while RV is in the renter's possession that result in the purchase of a new tire(s), renter agrees to pay the full cost of a replacement tire(s) (approximate cost $165 per tire). RV Share roadside assistance covers the service call to change a flat tire.
