Important Information:
--Delivery and setup is required as I do not allow my camper to be towed by others.

All guests must acknowledge, adhere by, and sign our Supplemental Rental Agreement that will be emailed one week before departure. No exceptions.

--The camper comes fully equipped with everything that a small family (of 4) may need for their camping experience (plates, cups, silverware, pots and pans, assortment of basic cooking utensils, linens, set of 4 bath towels, outdoor rug, lounge chairs, ice maker, coffee maker, and small grill). If your family is larger, please be aware that you will need to provide additional linens and towels. Please also be aware you will need to provide your own clothes, food, personal care items and basic living necessities such as paper towels, soap, trash bags, etc.

--The RV septic system is sensitive. Do not flush wet wipes, feminine products, diapers, etc. If any of the aforementioned does occur, it will result in a loss of some or all of the security deposit depending on the severity of the obstruction and a $500 sewage system maltreatment penalty.
