We feel everyone would be more comfortable with max 4 adults. The main room can easily fit two adults, the bottom bunk can fit two adults, the top bunk would be best for a teen or child, the sofa and table both convert into beds but really are sized best for children. If they are small children you could fit a couple children on each. There is also a play pen for a baby if needed.
