I had the pleasure of renting my RV, a Jayco Redhawks 2019, to Bao Yen Tran, and it was truly an excellent experience. Bao Yen was a fantastic renter in every aspect. Communication with her was smooth and efficient right from the beginning. She asked all the right questions and was genuinely interested in making the most of her RV rental experience. During the rental period, Bao Yen took great care of my RV, ensuring it was returned in impeccable condition. It was clear that she treated my RV with the same respect and care as if it were her own. She followed all the rules and guidelines I provided and even went the extra mile to maintain its cleanliness.
