This LOW MILE Super clean 2011 Forest River Sunseeker gives you great space to take your family or friends to nearby parks or anywhere your next adventure may take you. All we ask is you please let us know where you are going. This class C motorhome can sleep 10 people (8 adults) and features two slide outs, a rear bedroom and a kids den/bunk area. It comes FULLY STOCKED with everything you need to make your trip comfortable and amazing!
There is a dinette with overhead cabinets, a 60" X 80" bed with a DVD player that can swivel out to the dining area. There is a leather sofa that turns into a bed and a dinette that can also turn into a bed. Both the couch and dinette sleep 1 adult or two kids comfortably.
There is a lot of cupboard space, a microwave, coffee maker, oven and stove. There is a double sink and lots of cabinet space. There is also a refrigerator and pantry. As you move toward the back a private kids area features a kid's sofa sleeper with a flip-down 28" x 72" bunk above. On the opposite wall there is storage and a TV/DVD.
The private bathroom across from the kids den, includes a toilet, extended vanity and sink, and a tub/shower combination.
A rear queen bedroom features overhead cabinets, and side wardrobes. At the foot of the bed there is double wardrobes, dresser drawers, and TV/DVD player.
Our RV will come stocked with fresh bedding to sleep 6. The Queen bed and 4 clean sleeping bags and pillows. If you need more sheets and blankets let us know. There are 6 towels, and hand towels for bathroom and kitchen, washcloths and hot pads. It comes with a fully stocked kitchen including: utensils, plates, cups, bowls, pots, pans and basic cooking utensils. We also have plastic storage bags.
We also include 2 toilet paper rolls, paper towels, cleaning supplies. We have 4 camp chairs, matches, and an outdoor 2 burner stove.
All we ask from you is that there be absolutely NO SMOKING inside the unit. There will be a $500 cleaning fee taken from the deposit if any signs of smoking are present. No pets. There will also be an additional cleaning fee of $300 if there are signs of pets. There will be a $100 late fee if the RV is more than an hour late without you communicating with us. Although we don't expect you to bring it back immaculate, and we know camping can be dirty, if you bring back the RV unreasonably dirty (e.g. piles dust/dirt, trash everywhere) there will be an excessive cleaning fee of $100.
Please do no climb on the roof. Even though there is a ladder it is only there for servicing equipment.
Fuel tank and propane tank will be full at pick up and are to be returned full. If you bring back the tanks full there will be no extra charge. If you do not we charge $25 plus $3.50 per gallon.
Renter is responsible for all damages caused including damages due to improper clearance above or below unit. Renter is also responsible for all damages inside and outside of unit including awning. If it is windy please bring the awning back in. Off-road: Travel on non-public, unpaved, logging roads, and sand dunes is not permitted at anytime.
