Extra Cleaning / Odor Removal
Normal cleaning is included in the standard turnover process. However, renter is responsible for extra cleaning or deodorizing if the RV is returned with strong lingering odors, excessive grease, food residue, smoke/vape odor, pet odor, spoiled food smell, strong fragrance, or any other odor that remains after normal cleaning and affects the next rental.
Extra charges may include additional labor, upholstery or curtain cleaning, vent/HVAC cleaning, deodorizing products, ozone treatment, or professional cleaning, charged at actual reasonable cost with documentation when available.
