2006 Gulf Stream Sun Voyager Class A Motorhome for Rent

As this was the first rental I have had with RVnGO in2 years I was quite suprised. But you asked for my feedback so here its is. 1. Grateful that I finally got a rental thru your platform. I find it near impossible to do anything but wvait and hope for a rental this one took 2 years to get my first. Lack of interaction with owners is a true detriment to your customer service. I think you should evolve you business model to be more interactive. 2. Other platorms give first shot to the owner the renter selects and give that owner 24 hours to respond. Then if the owner does not respond they broadcast to other owneres in the area that have simular units to give them an opporutnity to offer their units instead. 3. When my unit came in a stove top cover was broken and the hydraulic motor for the Jacks and Slides stopped functioning. I sent a message to support to ask them how much time I had to claim damages because the RV shop was booked for a couple of weeks. I got no response. I truly believe you have oppotunity to improve and generate more business but the lack of human interaction and response time to e-mails and support chat is not what it should be. As for my rentorHe was a very nice person. But still unsure if the damages were because of actions he took on the trip or not. I am still wating on mechanics report. The one thing that went 100% right was that my renter needed to the unit very early in the morning but the place where I store it is nit open that early. So to accomidate him I agreed to let hime do the 2 hour walk thru, test drive, and do the checkin form the day before and let him take it at no charege after 5pm so he could load up his gear without having to be rushed. He just needed to make sure it was insured for that extra day. Your staff execlled in getting this done . Thank You Sam A.
