Pick up or Delivery
*Allow approximately 30 minutes for orientation. We want you to feel comfortable.
*Pick up-drivers must be experienced with pulling campers or large trailers and must have proper tow vehicle.
*Delivery-great option for folks without proper tow vehicle and for stress free arrival and departure.
*Full hook up rentals only.
Provided:
All bed linens, 1 queen quilt and 4 separate blankets for bunk beds, pillows, towels, hand soap, basic kitchen utensils/ skillet/ pan, cutting board, mixing bowl, strainer, single cup coffee maker (ground or k cup), mini waffle maker, single toaster, cutting board, paper towels bathroom items (toilet paper/ toothpaste/ shampoo/ body wash/ conditioner/ blow dryer). 1 full propane tank, 2 burner stove (propane required), 6 camping chairs, outdoor table for 2 burner stove.
Other things to note
-Minimum renter age of 25
-Use caution with doors, cabinets, fixtures, hook ups, etc. Campers are not made like homes.
-No more then 6 people.
-No pets. Any sign of a pet will result in a minimum charge of $100.
-No smoking or vaping. Any smell or sign will result in $150 charge.
-Follow instruction book inside camper for proper camper use of bathroom, appliances, slide out, awning, etc.
-Return unit in good condition to avoid security deposit deductions. Remove all trash, wipe down surfaces and toilet, empty gray and black water tank. We will handle detailed cleaning.
