As well as propane(use no additional cost) and all necessary site hook ups, Electric Awning, outside propane BBQ, and Bluetooth speakers inside and out! Also 3 large camping chairs, 1 medium and 2 small. Guests must provide own linens/sleeping bags as well as location and site #. $50 set up and tare down on 1st and last days, currently no individual towing. Will service any campground/RV park with in 40 miles of Copperas Cove. $4 per mile outside of 40 miles. 2 medium or 1 large dog with deposit upon owner approval sorry no cats. Please allow 45 mins for setup and walk through as well as rate down inspection. Please ask any questions you may have.
