We welcome all pets and animal guests of several kinds, including service animals! You may have one or more animal guests in an RV, with a fee of $49 each for the whole trip. Max quantity: 5

A late fee is incurred when you are late for the agreed-upon post-trip meet-up time. Unless otherwise discussed, your post-trip meet-up time is at 2:00 p.m. on the end date of your trip, where you will either drop off or otherwise hand over the RV. Max quantity: 1

We empty all sewer waste tanks prior to your trip. However, we ask for empty waste tanks when your trip is complete. If we have to dump the waste, whether the black tank, gray tank, or both, we will charge you for the labor involved, as well as the cost of the dump station if necessary. Max quantity: 1

We fill fuel tanks prior to your trip and require full tanks when your trip is complete, whether gas or diesel. When you return without filling fuel (this includes the in-RV gas tanks, as well as the portable generator and/or any portable gas tanks you request), we will charge you for the cost of the fuel and the labor involved. [NOTE: If we are delivering for you, we will get gas on the way to your chosen delivery point so that you have it as full as possible for your trip.] Max quantity: 1

We fill the propane tank prior to your trip and require full tanks when your trip is complete. When you return without filling propane (this includes the in-RV propane tank and any portable propane tanks you request), we will charge you for the cost of propane and the labor involved. Max quantity: 1

We understand camping can create minor trash, dust, and dirt. However, excessive trash that needs extra cleaning — ex. difficult-to-remove stains in beds or fridge, leftover food waste in microwave and stove top, spilled pet food — will be charged a max of $150. Included in that is $30 for stacks of dirty dishes and $50 for extreme laundry. Max quantity: 1

For interior damage that the renter is responsible for and requires repair, charges can be $180-220 by the hour plus parts, unless otherwise discussed. Examples include awning repair, broken glass shower door, or refrigerator door repairs. Max quantity: 1

You may request our bike rack package, which we will set up for you. This includes the rack itself — a Yakima full swing (with a keyed lock) — which can hold up to 4 bikes. [NOTE: We only have 1 of each of our major add-ons, subject to availability. Any loss or damage to any of our add-on items will incur an additional charge.] Max quantity: 1

You may request our fire pit package, which we will set up for you. This includes the fire-ban-friendly bonfire bowl, the bowl cover, the bowl carry strap, the fire stones appropriate for the bowl, and a 5-gallon propane tank if none else have been requested. Additionally, we are willing to offer roasting forks, skewers, and s’mores baskets as available. [NOTE: We only have 1 of each of our major add-ons, subject to availability. Any loss or damage to any of our add-on items will incur an additional charge. + DISCLAIMER: If you already have your own propane tank, we will discount your fire pit prep fee to reflect the rent of only the fire pit, plus any additional items you decide to request. If you do not have your own propane tank, please note that our bonfire bowl requires propane to function, and so we will offer propane at the price we typically rent our tanks which is reflected on the receipt (see propane tank add-on).] Max quantity: 1

You may request our griddle/grill package, which we will set up for you. This includes the fire-ban-friendly grill/griddle, the BBQ accessories kit (tongs, spatula, etc.), and the 5-gallon propane tank if none else have been requested. Additionally, we are willing to offer roasting sticks, toasting forks, and skewers as available. [NOTE: We only have 1 of each of our major add-ons, subject to availability. Any loss or damage to any of our add-on items will incur an additional charge. + DISCLAIMER: If you already have your own propane tank, we will discount your griddle/grill prep fee to reflect the rent of only the griddle/grill, plus any additional items you decide to request. If you do not have your own propane tank, please note that our griddle/grill requires propane to function, and so we will offer propane at the price we typically rent our tanks which is reflected on the receipt (see propane tank add-on).] Max quantity: 1

You may request our outdoor stove package, which we will set up for you. This includes the fire-ban-friendly outdoor stove and the 16-ounce propane tank(s) if none else have been requested. Additionally, we are willing to offer pots and pans suitable for a gas stove, as available. If the RV you’re using has an induction stove, please do not use the pots and pans found in the kitchen as these are only suitable for the induction stove; instead use the pots and pans specific to the gas stove. (If the induction stove pots and pans are found damaged by use on the gas stove top, this will count toward a damage-replacement charge.) [NOTE: We only have 1 of each of our major add-ons, subject to availability. If you’d like to add a portable generator on your trip, we have a 4500 W Champion — you may use the generator for free 5 hours per day/night included in your trip before you are charged more per additional hour (ex. a 3-night trip includes 15 hours of generator use, so if you use 20 hours of the generator, it will cost $45). [NOTE: We only have 1 of each of our major add-ons, subject to availability. Any loss or damage to any of our add-on items will incur an additional charge. + EXTRA NOTE: Our camping trailer does not come with a built-in generator, so consider requesting a generator if you will be dry camping.] Max quantity: 1

If you’d like to add a portable gas tank on your trip, we have two options: • 5-gallon tanks, $19/tank, up to 2 tanks maximum • 15-gallon tank, $29/tank, up to 1 tank maximum [NOTE: We have a limited number of our add-ons, subject to availability. Any loss or damage to any of our add-on items will incur an additional charge.] Max quantity: 3

If you’d like to add a portable propane tank on your trip, we have two options: • 16-ounce tanks, $9/tank, up to 2 tanks maximum, suitable for our folding outdoor stove top • 5-gallon tanks, $19/tank, up to 2 tanks maximum, suitable for our fire pit or our griddle/grill [NOTE: We have a limited number of our add-ons, subject to availability. We do not provide a full fresh water tank with your trip. If you’d like us to fill your fresh water, we charge $0.45 per gallon. Max quantity: 1

You may request any of our plastic outdoor folding tables, whether our 4’ x 4’, our 4’ x 2’, or some of our 2’ x 1’ tables. [NOTE: We have a limited number of our add-ons, subject to availability. Any loss or damage to any of our add-on items will incur an additional charge.] Max quantity: 4

We provide mattress protectors in the RV, but additional beddings are not included. If you choose to request beddings for the duration of your trip, with every bed we offer 1 mattress cover, 1 flat sheet, 1 comforter with duvet cover, as well as 2 pillows — with pillow protectors and covers — per person given the bed (ex. King-size beds receive a max of 4 pillows, and Twin-size beds receive a max of 2 pillows) for $39 each bed. [NOTE: We have a limited number of our add-ons, subject to availability. We do not provide towels in the RV. If you choose to request towels for the duration of your trip, we offer 1 bath towel per person in your party, 1 hand towel and face towel per bathroom, plus 2 additional hand towels in the kitchen (ex. for a party of 7 in our Sportscoach, which has 2 full baths, we would offer 7 bath towels, 4 hand towels, and 2 face towels).
