This beauty features a King bed in the rear bedroom, along with Queen, Full-size, and Twin beds in the living room. The chef's kitchen includes a stovetop, full fridge, and microwave, and there's a full-size designer shower/toilet.

This luxurious coach offers an RV king bed slide in the bedroom, opposing slides in the main living area, three LED TVs, a full bathroom with a separate toilet room, and an exterior 16' electric awning. There's even an optional drop-down overhead bunk with a 750-LB capacity. The 21-cubic-foot residential refrigerator provides ample space for leftovers, and the convection microwave makes reheating quick and easy.

The Jayco Precept Class A motorhome delivers style and comfort. The cab features a 120" panoramic windshield, six-way power swivel cab seats, tilt steering wheel, and a Sony infotainment center with Apple CarPlay/Android Auto. Outside, enjoy an electric awning with LED lights, an exterior entertainment center, and lockable pass-through storage compartments with slam latches. The interior boasts high-intensity recessed LED lights, LED-lit hardwood fascia, 84" ceiling height, and hardwood cabinets.

The motorhome is fully stocked with plates, cups, knives, coffee makers, luxury sheets/bedding, towels, soaps, shampoos, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. Enjoy three SMART TVs (50-inch and two 32-inch) with subscriptions included, plus a Wi-Fi hotspot.

Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis with a $350 fee per pet and an additional $1,500 refundable deposit. Share your pet details for approval.

Sub-freezing temperature restrictions apply; rentals only allowed to warmer climates during winter.
Rental Rates:
1-night rental: $1,100 + cleaning fee and insurance
2-night rental: $550/night + cleaning fee and insurance
Delivery Fees:
Flat fee of $525 for delivery or pickup in New York
Deliveries to sporting events or festivals require meeting nearby unless you opt for an additional $300 fee to cover waiting time
Cleaning Policy:
The $525 preparation fee is not a cleaning fee. To avoid additional charges, return the RV in the same condition as received.

From November 15th until warmer weather returns to us. When you receive the RV it will be winterized - meaning the water will be removed from the coach - this will prevent burst water lines, etc during freezing temperatures. If the RV is unattended, meaning heat is not pumping through the RV or tank heaters (if equipped) are not in operation then you should never have water in the RV because you don't want to have an issue with burst pipes. If you are living/traveling in the RV and have warmth in the RV 24/7 then you can fill the RV with water. To do this, just follow the videos we have sent you on how to fill your RV with water. TIP: Once you introduce water, and if you are in a colder climate, please put your tank heaters on (if equipped) and ensure that you run heat through the RV 24/7 at a minimum of 40 degrees (even if you are not occupying the RV)

As you introduce water to the RV for the first time, the faucets, etc will 'splutter" until a steady stream of water comes out. When you return the RV back to us, we will winterize it (remove all the water from the system for you)

Winterizing your RVs plumbing is incredibly important, especially if your RV will spend any time at all stored/unoccupied in sub-freezing temperatures over the winter months. Frozen water lines can quickly lead to burst water pipes, a broken water pump, and a devastating amount of damage to the RV itself. Proper RV winterizing of your plumbing system is something almost all RVers need to know how to do at one point or another.
