Vandalf is a fun, go anywhere adventure van. He is a 2022 Winnebago Solis riding on a Ram Promaster 2500 chassis. This unique van sleeps 2-4 people and is roomy and tall enough to accommodate taller ad'van'turers. (My husband is 6.5 and sleeps comfortably on the bed, in the bath, and throughout the cabin - he won't be fully standing up in the shower)
Vandalf is fully equipped with plenty of amenities for sleeping, snoozing, and enjoying wherever your travels take you. At 19 feet long and 9 feel high, there aren't many places that Vandalf can't go or park to settle down for food, entertainment, or a great night's sleep, and with an easy-peasy pop-top that has full bed up top, you can bring along your road-tripping besties or your adventurous kids.
Inside you will find plenty of natural and LED lighting and ample storage below the bed and in the cabinets. Full swivel captains chairs, two additional seats with 3-point safety belts, and a table provide a great place to eat, play a game, or plan your next stop. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, a 2-burner propane stove, a sink and lots of storage. Vandalf also boasts a full wet bath with a grey water cassette toilet (that empties from outside the van). The bath also doubles as a closet or warms to serve as a drying room!
The sleeping areas consist of a full/ queen size bed in the back of the van as well as pop-top bed that will sleep 1-2 people up to 350 lbs. While there isn't an on-board AC unit, we do have several small, powerful fans to ensure you'll always have a great breeze.
You can enjoy the van and all the fresh air your adventure has to offer with screening for the side and rear door areas with magnetic closures. Black out covers for all windows also means you can opt for absolute privacy no matter where you are. Vandalf has a solar roof top charging system, and also comes with a moon awning for outside, as well as an outdoor shower.

* Upon booking request, our personal rental agreement will be provided for review and signed when keys are released for rental.
* PIck up and drop off times are flexible (from those posted on this site), but renters need to inform us of a window for pick up and drop off so we can make arrangements.
