The Cozy Cross Country Traveler is the perfect choice for all empty nesters, newlyweds and small families alike! Enjoy traveling for a weekend getaway or take a trip cross country to visit the worlds natural wonders!
It has all the modern luxuries, including FULL 60x80 Queen bed, Bluetooth sound bar with interior and exterior speakers, usb wall receptacles, leather sectional couch, all electric stabilizing jacks, electric tongue and electric awning with LED lights, outdoor television, exterior water sprayer, and an extra large bathroom!!
This rental will be packed with goodies for your family to enjoy! I take special requests for any items (dish soaps, bathroom necessities, games, balloons, etc.) you would like upon your arrival. Leave all your extras as home! Sheets, towels, hot cocoa, tea, coffee, etc are all available for you!
WHAT IS PROVIDED IN EVERY RENTAL:
Keurig, all kitchen dinnerware and cookware, cups, plates, bowls, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, dish soaps, hand soaps, paper towels, garbage bags, tin foil, special rv toilet paper, toilet deodorizers, games/coloring books for children, Smart TV, outdoor grill with propane tanks and 6 foot table, outdoor mat, lights around awning, cleaning products, etc.
RENTAL PICK-UPS: Do NOT receive stocked coffee bar, welcome snacks, or outdoor package (Grill, table, or chairs).
EXCEPTION: Festivals (or ANY large gathering) have a different set of rules and provided list. Please inform us of any large gathering so we may prepare delivery.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Picking up the rental - REQUIRED to add the Ball, Hitch & Sway Bar Fee
2. NO Sewer hook up and no wat to dump on your own - RQUIRED to select the Dump Fee
3. No water hook up and no way to fill your own fresh water tank - REQUIRED to select the Fresh Water Fill Fee
*Smoking is not permitted in any of my campers. The security deposit will not be returned if this occurs.
*Pets are allowed FOR A FEE. If pets are in camper and not paid for, fee will be taken from security deposit.
*ONLY FLUSH SUPPLIED SPECIAL RV TOILET PAPER AND YOUR WASTE! NO EXCEPTIONS! No wipes, feminine products, paper towels, etc. - Will result in forfeiture of security deposit.
*Early Check-in (Before 3:00 pm) is an extra fee
*Late Check-out (after 11:00 am) is an extra fee
