WHAT IS PROVIDED IN EVERY RENTAL: Keurig coffee station with coffee, tea, hot cocoa, sugar, creamer, all dinnerware, cookware, kitchenware (plates, regular and coffee cups, bowls, utensils, pots and pans, knives, spatulas, peelers, slicers, scissors, etc.), toaster, ice cube trays, salt, pepper, towels, wash cloths, hand towels, sheets, pillows, extra blankets, dish soaps, hand soaps, paper towels, garbage bags, tin foil, special rv toilet paper, toilet deodorizers, games/coloring books for children, Smart TV, portable fans, flashlights, cleaning supplies, first aid kit, 6 Foot table, outdoor grill with propane tank, lights around awning, outdoor mat, camping chairs, use of (1) 20 Lb. propane tank, optional generator, etc. Leave all your extras at home!

EXCEPTION: Festivals (or ANY large gathering) have a different set of rules and provided list. Please inform us of any large gathering so we may prepare delivery. R

2. NO Sewer hook up and no wat to dump on your own - REQUIRED to select the Dump Fee
3. No water hook up and no way to fill your own fresh water tank - REQUIRED to select the Fresh Water Fill Fee
*Smoking/vaping is not permitted in any of my campers. The security deposit will not be returned if this occurs.
*Pets are allowed FOR A FEE. If pets are in camper and not paid for, fee will be taken from security deposit.
*ONLY FLUSH SUPPLIED SPECIAL RV TOILET PAPER AND YOUR WASTE! NO EXCEPTIONS! No wipes, feminine products, paper towels, etc. - Will result in forfeiture of security deposit.
