2017 Riverside RV Retro 509 Jr. is a little over 1000 pounds and can be towed by any vehicle with a hitch! It has roof top air conditioning and heat, an outdoor rear kitchen with a sink (cold water only) and a stove, toaster and microwave. The interior features a queen size bed, blue tooth radio and plenty of cabinet space.
Optional privacy tent with portable bathroom, outdoor shower, and 6+ person camping tent with air mattresses available.
This rental will be packed with goodies for your family to enjoy! I take special requests for any items (dish soaps, bathroom necessities, games, balloons, etc.) you would like upon your arrival. Leave all your extras as home! Sheets, towels, hot cocoa, tea, coffee, etc are all available for you!
WHAT IS PROVIDED IN EVERY RENTAL:
Keurig, all kitchen dinnerware and cookware, cups, plates, bowls, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, dish soaps, hand soaps, paper towels, garbage bags, outdoor table and grill with propane tanks, outdoor tent and mat, lights around tent, cleaning products, etc.
*Smoking is not permitted in any of my campers. The security deposit will not be returned if this occurs.
*Pets are allowed FOR A FEE. If pets are in camper and not paid for, fee will be taken from security deposit.
*Early Check-in (Before 3:00 pm) is an extra fee
*Late Check-out (after 11:00 am) is an extra fee

RENTAL PERIODS:
Minimum of 2 nights depending on the season.
Pickup time is 3:00 PM
Return time is 11:00 AM

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
For all rentals, a $1500 security deposit is required & will be authorized to your credit card 1-3 days prior to your scheduled leaving date. This will be collected by Kim's Cozy Campers and not by RVnGo. Security deposits will be released within 7 days of the return date, billing the card for adjustments such as, but not limited to damage, delivery, generator use and add-ons.
PAYMENT:
Additional charges for extra cleaning or repair / damage deemed the responsibility of the renter will be calculated upon return. All charges in excess of the security deposit will be the responsibility of the renter and are due immediately.
