Full kitchen with all appliances (stove, oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig pod coffee machine), pots, pans, dishes and utensils. We provide bedding and towels (sheets, blankets, pillows, bath towels). You bring beach towels and toiletries.
She has an outdoor kitchen, awning and outdoor shower. Kitchen sink cover for additional counter workspace. Lots of windows for light. Dinette seats 4 comfortably, folding chair for end included to seat 5.
Delivery only as she is a beast to tow. Up to 150 miles from Easton, PA (to include all of NJ shore points). $200 separate delivery and set-up/breakdown fee required.
Well-behaved, clean dogs allowed with $200 non-refundable pet fee. No pets other than dogs. Cats expressly prohibited. No dogs on furniture, including bed.
30-amp electric hookup required. Sewer hookup or honey wagon service required beyond 2-night stay. Dump station/honeywagon must be available in park for non-sewer sites. We will not tow with full tanks. Any dump fees are your responsibility.
