There is seating and sleeping for 8 people & room for everyone to relax! The electric awning opens up, so you can be outdoors, shaded from the sun and protected from the rain. Enjoy the outdoor kitchen and have a cook out or relax around the fire as a family. In addition to lots of home comforts, it has 2 full-wall slides. One opens up the living room space & the other allows for a standard queen bed in the back bedroom, that includes a full door for privacy! It is easy to navigate with back-up and side mirror cameras and comfortable captain chairs!
Before every rental, we thoroughly clean everything to keep this RV well maintained & comfortable.
We Will DO a comprehensive one-on-one total interior & exterior walk-through upon Pick-up & Drop-off. [Sleeping includes: 1 Queen, 1 Full Loft, 1 convertible dinette, 1 jackknife sofa...see diagram photo]
Please plan to pick up and return with a full tank of gas and propane, and a dumped tank. Treat our home on wheels just as conscientiously as you would your own. There will be an extra cleaning fee for an excessively dirty return or unattended tank.
Please no pets. This is a consignment RV and the owners have severe allergies. Please be respectful of their medical concerns and let me know if you need a vehicle that will accommodate pets or service animals.
Absolutely NO SMOKING/VAPING of any substance (legal or illegal) is allowed. Any evidence of the such will result in forfeiture of entire deposit. ***
If you are having the RV delivered. Please be prepared to pay cash upon delivery. RV Share Outdoorsy charges 25% of all money earned and I'd like to keep prices down. In addition it is two vehicles and two people needed to drop off and deliver the RV. Motorhomes are $6 a one way mile. For example if you are 60 miles away the Total would be $360. $150 extra to bring out on the sand due to having to air up and air down.
Pick up and drop off times/ delivery: my husband and I both work Monday-Friday 8 am- 5 pm. We can either do an early morning pick up at 6:30 am or an evening pick up the night before. You will need to contact me so I can update the reservation. I will discount the nightly fee by 50% if you pick up the night before ( insurance and whatever Outdoorsy charges can not be waived). Please keep in mind our work schedule when planning. Weekends can be flexible. If you need to do a mid day pick up we will be rushed on send off and the locations will likely be Roseburg or Winston. YOU MUST CHECK WITH US FIRST ON AVAILABILITY and times will have to work around our work schedule.
What's included: At minimum, there will be bedding for the queen bed plus two throw blankets. You will need to bring sleeping bags or extra bedding for the overhead bunk and Twin dinette conversion. There are pots and pans. There is dinnerware for 6 and towels for 6. Please specify in an email if you need more than 6.
