This camper is BRAND NEW and fully loaded with ALL kitchen amenities, a full shower/bathtub and items including towels, wash clothes, soap, shampoo, and other toiletries. It has two TVs, WiFi compatibility, one is a smart TV (21 inch), and the other 36" with Roku. There is an antenna as well. One queen size bed in the "bedroom" which can be closed off with two sliding doors, for some privacy from the kids. The bedroom has two small side closets, and two night stands. The couch turns into a bed, the kitchen table turns into a small bed and it has two corner bunk beds- or you can use that space for storage. An electric canopy with LED lights and outdoor audio system makes for fun outside grilling and campfires. An outdoor kitchen which includes a refrigerator, stove top and outdoor water spout gives you extra space and outdoor time too. There is an outdoor shower hook up with hot and cold water for those days at the lake to wash off. All sewer connections supplied. Propane provided with full tanks.
