**Small dogs under 25lbs are allowed with an additional refundable deposit of $500, and $20 per dog, per day. Any evidence of animals on board without prior approval will result in a $1,000 fee incurred.
**We require tanks to be returned empty. If they are not, a $200 fee will be incurred.
** We are delivery only and do not allow towing.
**Delivery charge is variable, depending on current market rates; maximum of 100 miles. On drop off days we typically drop off 3-5pm, and pick up by 11am on pick up days - location, weather + other factors may alter these times.
**No dry camping or boondocking. Must have at least 30amp electric access, water + sewer hookups on site. Renter responsible for verifying these hookups, or else rental will not be fulfilled, and/or cancelled, potentially with no refund. Air conditioning + refrigerator will likely not run well or optimally on 30amp service in summer.
** Toxic Products not allowed. We provide cleaning products (all purpose cleaner, hand wash, dish soap, air freshener) and no other products are to be used, or sprayed on board, including perfume, cologne, air fresheners, hair sprays, antibacterial wipes, sunscreen, big sprays, etc. A fee of $500 will be incurred, and security deposit not refunded, if it is suspected that these harmful products have been used.
* A late fee will be incurred if we have to wait on the renter for drop offs or pick ups. The fee is $100 per hour, rounded up to the next hour. Last day of rental pick up time is 11am.
* Propane tanks go out full, and are required to come back full. If not returned full, renter incurs cost to fill, plus a $39 fee per tank.
