Pickup and returns Available Monday-Saturday. Sunday departures by appointment only. Vehicle return is by 11:00 a.m. sharp. A late charge of $25.00 per hour will be enforced on all late returns. There is no refund of rental if returned early. Clients should allow up to an hour for registration and walk through on Delivery date, Unit Delivery, set-up and Returns are available call for a quote.
PREP FEE There is a one-time fee of $45.00 charged to each rental for gloves, toilet chemicals, toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, basic trailer kit and demonstration of unit. NO EXCEPTIONS.
CLEANING/DUMPING All holding tanks will be dumped and flushed prior to returning the unit. If client chooses not to dump the holding tanks, we will do this for $60.00/ Clients are responsible for returning the RV as clean as when they picked it up. All units will be cleaned and sanitized by our staff. There can be extra cleaning charges if the unit is left in less conditions then when it was picked up.
FUEL Tanks will be full at checkout time and are to be returned full. If the tanks are not full upon return, the client will be charged a $25.00 service charge in addition to the cost of the fuel added. We assume no liability for fuel consumption rate.
SUBSTITUTIONS If for any reason beyond our control, the vehicle requested is not available, we will substitute an equal or higher rated vehicle at no additional cost. Should you experience a breakdown, we will make every effort to provide you with a substitution or remedy.
ROOF STORAGE / TOWING Motor homes and travel trailers are not designed to carry weight on the roof; therefore, the weight of any items on the roof will cause damage and is NOT permitted. Attaching any vehicle to the unit is not allowed Rear hitches are not rated for towing.
PARKING Clients may leave one vehicle at the rental location during the rental. The company and its staff are not responsible for any loss or damages that occur to a clients vehicle.
WINTERIZATION Rentals during the freezing periods will be subject to a $75.00 winterization fee to de-winterize the unit before rental and to re-winterize the unit upon return. Customer is responsible for preventing the unit from freezing and causing damage. Units can be rented, without water.
PARKING TICKETS Customers are responsible for reporting and payment of all parking/traffic violations/toll fees. Non-reporting of parking/traffic violations/toll fees may result in an administrative charge of $50.00 in addition to the fines.
MEXICO & BURNING MAN Vehicles are NOT PERMITTED into Mexico or to Burning Man. NO EXCEPTIONS!
PETS/SMOKING We welcome pets to join you. However, all pets must be pre-approved prior to rental. An extra $50 pet fee will be charged per reservation. Smoking is not allowed in rental vehicles. If there is evidence of smoking found in the vehicle, there will automatically be a $150.00 minimum charge for cleaning and sanitizing the unit.
