As far as this website goes I think its a great place to rent an RV to either try it out to see if you want to purchase one or just to see if you even like camping its great. The particular RV we used needs a lot of work. There were several things wrong which I can completely understand but for everything that was wrong they charged way to much! The doors and drawers would fly open while turning corners, the radio was stuck on one channel, the charging ports in the radio functioned periodically just to name a few. On the surface it didn't appear dirty but once I really got looking it was apparent that it had never been really deep cleaned. The toilet was disgusting. Before returning it I scrubbed it cleaner than they had ever, it still could have used more scrubbing but it was better upon returning. I accidentally left some rechargeable batteries charging when we returned it and we can not get a return text or call in regards to getting our stuff back. My fiancé went to the location of pick up and talked to the owner who claimed to have no idea bout our items or the multiple things wrong with his RV. Still no items returned. In the end we realized we got scammed and paid way to much for an RV that needs to at least be clean and sanitary upon renting. I would recommend giving others on this site a chance but I wouldn't recommend renting the same RV we did. Waste of money. This was our first time traveling with an rv. It was a great experience! There were some technical issues due to the renters prior to us, but we couldn't postpone our vacation and they made it possible for us to travel. This trip was very important to us as my mom was diagnosed last year with lung cancer, and she wanted to meet her great grandchildren before she wasn't able. Rv n go made that bucket list item possible. When something went wrong they were quick to respond, calling and texting immediately.
