RENTAL PERIODS:
Minimum of 3-4 nights depending on the season. Long term packages are also available.
Pickup time is 2:00 PM
Return time is 10:00 AM
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
For all rentals, a $1500 security deposit is required & will be authorized to your credit card 1-3 days prior to your scheduled leaving date. This will be collected by 84 RV and not by RVnGo. Security deposits will be released within 14 days of the return date, billing the card for adjustments such as, but not limited to damage, gasoline, mileage and generator use.
PAYMENT:
Additional charges for excess miles, (credit for unused miles), extra cleaning, fuel, generator use, or repair / damage deemed the responsibility of the renter will be calculated upon return. All charges in excess of the security deposit will be the responsibility of the renter and are due immediately.
All motorhomes receive 100 miles/day free.
Mileage to be estimated for round trip and paid before leaving and adjusted when unit is returned.
Additional miles are figured as shown in the following example: A 10-day trip gets 1000 free miles, the next 1000 miles are billed at $.39/mile, the next 1000 billed at $.79 and the next 1000 at $1.25. Most rentals fall within the first (free) or second tier(.39).
