Don't want to deal with the stress of setting up? We happily offer delivery AND setup! All you have to do is show up and enjoy your getaway! Please inquire with the dates/time so we can coordinate appropriately.
Pets allowed on approval. We are very pet friendly and do not charge a pet fee, however if there is pet hair left behind an additional 100$ fee will be applied to the standard cleaning fee as this takes a very long time to clean.
Required on return:
-grey/black tank emptied (100$ charge if not brought back empty)
-propane tank/fuel tank filled to pick-up level (10$/gallon for us to re-fill)
-cleaned prior to return (250$ cleaning fee will apply if brought back dirty)
-no smoking (1000$ fee and forfeiture of security deposit if smoke residue found)
-no burning man (20,000$ fee plus nightly rate if taken to burning man)
*Music festivals are allowed where there is no mud. If jacks get stuck in the mud renters are responsible for all associated costs to remove them*
All RVs are equipped with GPS tracking for security purposes.
Please note if dropped off past 11am, unless prior arranged, there will be a one-day charge.
*All reservations require a signed SRA (supplemental rental agreement) prior to departure*
