Price includes one full 15 lb. propane tank & battery. (Extra propane and battery available.) (Propane tank can last 2 ppl a week with infrequent showers.)
No smoking in RV.
You can tow RV or I can deliver RV and pick up RV. (Delivery and pick up extra, prices below.) Just let me know where you want to go. I'll be happy to see if I can help. Will consider one way. Just ask. I've towed with a 6 cyl SUV.
SLEEPING:
Two beds (Queen & U-Shaped dinette turns into bed.)
Specs for camper say sleeps 4.
Reality: comfort sleeping level is probably 2 adults and 2 kids or 3 adults.
If you're thinner: then 2 adults could fit on dinette bed.
I can provide small tent, air mattress, & hammock so you can expand the sleeping arrangements.
EATING:
U-shaped booth with long table fits several people - great for food spreads and board games on rainy days! (I'll throw in a deck of cards. :) Have visitors and have fun! (Or just be happy you can relax with space to spread out those condiments and eat!)
One kitchen sink with two burner propane stovetop. Microwave works with electric hook-up.
Fridge works on electric or propane. Plan on 8 hours to get really cold. Tiny freezer will fit some patties, dogs, sausage, and freezie pops.
Ample cupboard space for food.
BATHROOM:
Bathroom has a shower, tub, full-length mirror, medicine cabinet, toilet & sink, but it's a tight squeeze.
(You can wash your hands after you go to the bathroom without worrying about what's in the kitchen sink! This is great if you are immunocompromised and/or health conscious.) Roof fan vent in bathroom.
Hot water runs on propane/battery and works great! It is a small tank, so if you don't have hookup, keep showers short.
STORAGE:
Lots of storage for your gear and food! Under the dinette, under the bed, pantry, wardrobe, kitchen cupboards - storage everywhere!
AIR-CONDITIONING:
Air conditioner is over the queen size bed. Requires electrical hookup.
EXTRAS:
Ask about propane, kayaks, tent, air mattress, hammock, cooler, delivery, set-up, and supplies. What do you need? I'm happy to help. I'll have some basics stocked before you go. (Paper plates, plastic utensils, pot/pan, serving and cooking utensils, teapot, French press or coffee maker, towels, bed linen, marshmallows, a couple of chairs, etc.)
THINGS TO CONSIDER: RV HOOKUP VS. PRIMITIVE BOONDOCKING
HOOKUP: With electrical hookup at RV site you get microwave and air conditioner. These do not run off the battery.
PRIMITIVE BOONDOCKING: You still get lights, hot water, fridge, and stovetop from propane and battery. Extra propane/battery for fee.
PRIMITIVE BOONDOCKING: Keep in mind it's a small water tank. A fill-up might last 2 days. If you need gallons of water, I'm happy to stock up and freeze a couple gallons for a small fee.
