The main bedroom has a king size bed, a huge closet, dresser, nice bathroom and a tv. This unit also has a huge tv above a beautiful fireplace that can really put out some heat. A wide variety of movies to pick from if you want to just relax inside.
Delivery and setup within 120 miles (additional fee).
Dog(s) with the approval of RV owner - $500 deposit
Deep Cleaning Fee (if returned unclean AND requires more than a surface clean - $300 (this includes anything that can create a strong smell that is difficult to remove.)
NO Smoking - If smoke (including cigars, pipes, vapes, drugs, etc.) is detected you will be charged a minimum fee of $1500. NO EXCEPTIONS. This fee also is for any illegal substance used or found in RV.
LOCKOUT: $25 charge will be assessed per key if lockout occurs in addition to $1.00 per mile, round trip for owner to come and unlock RV.
First Aid Kit: If used, you keep and will be charged $10.
PROPANE: Refill charge will be assessed for propane used.
