This trailer is completely sanitized according to CDC guidelines and protocols. In addition, it comes fully furnished with pots, pans, plates, cookware, bedclothes, and towels.
Our trailer features a large rear "dry bath" with a shower, sink, and toilet. The kitchen has a microwave and a 6 cubic feet refrigerator with a separate freezer. A simple push of a button slide opens the floor space for plenty of room to move around. Electric awning (optional) makes opening and closing a breeze. Built-in Heater/AC Keeps you toasty in the coldest seasons and cool & comfy in the hottest. 32 television, large front window with plenty of light!
This is the perfect "couples" trailer; it will sleep up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 small children.
Pick-up and drop times are flexible, within reason.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN CAMPER - you smoke in it, you just bought it.
Water services will be unavailable during the colder months due to the potential freezing of water lines and pipes and the expensive repairs. But, don't worry, we will have everything winterized for these items.
Towing vehicle should have at least 4,500 lb towing capacity and a class III or class IV hitch with a 2" receiver.
Towing vehicle MUST BE EQUIPPED WITH ELECTRIC BRAKE CONTROLLER.
Our trailer has the standard 7-way connector.
Use of the sway bar/weight distribution hitch is a requirement and requires your vehicle to have a 2" receiver hitch.
