Special mileage overage charges for LONG TRIPS:
100 miles included per night
101 - $0.38/per mile of additional mileage
Estimate Mileage Overage with Mileage Calculator: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1FVT0lKNUA9IUUR0TMjFHwAaom2eAKaZnXz2wVETf280/edit#gid=1510726237 Long Trip Fee, if over 300 miles per day at end of the trip, an additional .59 per mile applies to overage. For example, 10 day trip, if the mileage exceeds 3000 miles, any miles over 3000 are charged at .59 per mile (charge for estimated mileage before long trips).
Vehicle MUST come back clean inside and out to avoid fees (no bugs please,). No pets or passenger overage without approval of owner / broker. Do not drive with generator running.
A rush fee should be added to same-day bookings.
