TWO SLIDE OUTS! Perfect size RV with all the bells and whistles. It drives like a sprinter van so it is not intimidating for first time RVers. Setup time takes 20 minutes. It's very comfortable and very maneuverable around those tight curves. This can be great for a long trip or weekend tailgate with an onboard generator, water tanks and 3 flatscreen TVs. One TV is on the outside of the RV with a bluetooth outdoor speaker system located under the awning so you can comfortably watch all your live events or have a gathering. I have owned bigger RVs but none better. This comes with bluetooth / touchscreen controls for all the luxuries onboard controlled from a touchscreen or your smartphone. You can even control the lights and electrical systems from your mobile phone if you download the app. This is perfect for a family or group of close friends. The back bedroom is a slideout queen bed (with spacer in between), the front dinette folds out into a queen and the bunk can sleep 2 adults. I love this size because I don't need to tow a car but I can if I need to do so. I can park almost everywhere a van could normally park with in reason. Lastly for those who would like to pick up the RV I have a security and video monitored parking spot in the Public Storage next to the office and the manager lives on site. You may leave your car during pick up. It is accessible 6 am to 9 pm everyday, if you would like to leave your car in the RV parking spot you may do so at your own risk. This will save you any delivery charges.
