You are looking at an awesome trailer that is brand new with a TON of amenities and FULLY STOCKED. First off, this trailer is really light and easy to pull and could potentially sleep up to 10 adults!!!!!!
It has everything you need from linens, pillows, utensils, cooking oils/spices, toaster and waffle maker to lawn chairs and a bunch in between!
It also has an outdoor enclosed mini fridge (operable when hooked up to shore power and or generator) for the convenience of not having to come inside the trailer for your favorite cold beverages and or cooking/bbq type sauces. This couples well with the detachable outdoor griddle (which runs off of a propane line that is plumbed directly underneath the cook station), perfect for making breakfasts/lunches/and dinners all while enjoying your surroundings outside!
This is a NEW unit in impeccable condition and we have loaded it up with a ton of goodies so all you need to bring is your family/friends, personal items, food/beverages, and have a GREAT TIME!
**As an additional option (extra fee applies/ $25.00 per night) for non hookup RV sites, I can provide a portable 3500 watt (super quiet) generator/inverter.
NO PETS/NO SMOKING allowed inside the unit. Unit must be returned in a "clean" condition defined as:
- no dirt/mud on floors
- counters are wiped down and free of stains/debris
- dishes/utensils/pots pans cleaned and put away
- shower sprayed down and free of debris
- all used linens from beds/towels to be placed in large
black trash bags (provided under cabin front) and left in
walkway.
- ***Trailer black and grey tanks must be emptied before returning (at renters expense). All adapters for dumping and flushing are supplied. The black tank has a Sani-flush valve to help eliminate waste from the tank.
Renter responsible for all damages accrued to the RV both interior and exterior while towing/parking/camping/ or moving trailer while under trailer contract time frames.
