Flat screen tv with surround sound dvd player which can be turned around to either the front or master bedroom, it also has speakers outside so you can enjoy music/radio while lounging around the campsite.

The master bed and couch make into full size comfy queen beds and the table and bunks are comfortable doubles. The slide out adds a ton of room to move around. That combined with a good amount of counter space and kitchen amenities make fixing meals easy even if it's raining outside and everyone's inside playing games. The power awning easily increases comfortable living space outside, rain or shine.

- I provide some freshly cleaned linens for the beds. (you may want to bring some additional to supplement, such as sleeping bags and pillows for the kids)
- Some basic cleaning supplies and chemicals.
- RV Toilet Paper.
- Chemicals for the Toilet black tank.
- All necessary hoses and attachments for emptying both the black and grey tanks
- I'll have enough propane to last you through your whole trip. No additional propane charges
- Coax cable for hooking up television. (Only needed if staying at an RV park which offers cable television.)
- Water hose and regulators for hooking up travel trailer to RV park water source.
