BLACK AND GREY tanks must be returned empty and hoses completely washed and properly stored away. ($100 fee if not returned empty/washed)
PROPANE tank must be returned full. ($80 fee if not returned filled)
RETURN TIME - RV must be returned no later than 7pm ($20 extra for every hour late after 7pm)
AGE MINIMUM - 25 years w/valid Driver's License
NO SMOKING!! Smoking/Vaping is prohibited within the rental, please refrain from smoking in the RV. If it is determined that the unit was smoked in, you will be subject to loss of your security deposit.
Towing a vehicle/trailer is not permitted (no exceptions). We will enable a bike rack hitch when the addon is chosen
