This luxurious 2020 Jayco Precept 31UL Class A.
Our RV has a Ford V10 Triton gas engine with 6 speed transmission, an onboard 5500kw Onan generator, sleeps up to 7 people, 15,000 BTU A/C unit with heat pump and second 13,500 BTU A/C unit, exterior entertainment center with outside speakers, LED TV and single-disc DVD/FM radio, automatic hydraulic leveling jacks and much more!
The cab features 2 swivel captain's chairs with six-way power, backup and side-view cameras, 120" panoramic windshield, tilt steering wheel, 1,200-watt inverter, 50-amp electrical service, cruise control and Amazon Firesticks on all TV'S. Above the cab features a drop down bunk with full size mattress. All throughout the interior you will find high-intensity recessed LED ceiling lights, LED-lit hardwood fascia and 84" ceiling height. There are two slides (Kitchen & Dining table) and smaller slide out in the rear private master bedroom, which gives a very spacious feel. There also features a tri-fold sofa with a self inflating full size air mattress and convertible dinette for additional sleeping space.
The kitchen is very well appointed with a gas stove and small gas oven, residential sized refrigerator, full size convection microwave, and the water filtration system. We have provided a Nespresso coffee maker (Complimentary sleeve of pods included), toaster, and rice maker. The full 3 piece bathroom has a spacious 30" x 36" shower, porcelain toilet, stainless steel sink, electrical outlets and plenty of storage.
The rear private bedroom has an RV king bed (Just replaced this year 2022), LED TV, and TONS of hanging/folding storage closets and drawers.
On the exterior you'll find an electric awning with LED lights, an exterior entertainment center with speakers and an LED TV, and two lockable pass-through storage compartments with slam latches.

- Dinner set, cookware utensils, cups, wine, bowls, mugs, pans
- Bed Linens, towels, & Pillows (Upon request as many other guest bring their own)

We do have up to (2) electric scooters that we can include for a one time fee of $75 each for the duration of your vacation. Please let us know when making your reservation if you would like to include.
You are welcome to use whatever is on board when you pick up the RV. If you would like something specific, please ask and we will do our best to accommodate.

Drop off time: 10:00am
An hour window at no charge. A $30/hr fee for late drop off

- YouTube videos on "How-To" manage connecting and disconnecting black/gray water tanks as well as cable and electricity are readily available for your convenience. - For your own safety and enjoyment, we require campers to secure full hook-up at campsites
- Boondocking/Dry camping is not allowed.
-Please keep the speedometer below 70 mph. Drive Carefully
- Always keep the gas tank above 1/4 minimum.
- Be Careful putting slides in/out. Make sure there are no objects in the way and that you have enough clearance from any trees, light posts and/or other vehicles. (My wife and I open slides with one person outside to watch any possible obstructions)
- Return the RV with a full tank to avoid gas refill fee.
- Please take care of our coach like it was your own. We take pride on the condition and maintenance of our RV.
We are happy to offer the use of the following during your booking (please let us know PRIOR to picking up RV as not all items are stored onboard at all times):
