Comfort - Bed, Couch Bed, Hammock
Two people, or a solo traveler, fit very comfortably in the full size bed with plush pillows and comforter. Attach the van hammock to the frame hooks and make time for that book youve been meaning to read while you listen to the ocean waves.
Freedom - Power, Water, Cooking
Self contained solar electrical system powers a plug-in for charging devices, lights, TV, water pump, and stand up fridge/ freezer. With conscious energy use, its all I ever need; leave home anything with high power or a heating element like blow dryer or electric kettle. Theres 40 gallons of fresh water and a 40 gallon gray tank. Propane powered cooking stove, kitchen sink and back-outdoor shower w/ hot water.
Exploration Mileage
150 miles per day is added for a total mileage allowance included with your the trip. Overage is not a problem, but is $0.38/ mile charged after return.
Generator
Back-up generator is included, with unlimited hours, though rarely, if ever, used.
Toilet Bucket Kit
No built in toilet or black water tank. A handy toilet kit includes a bucket with a bag and a toilet seat. Throw away bags after use. Return it empty and sanitized to avoid charges. Bags and toilet paper included.
Pets Are Welcome
Please select the required $75 pet cleaning fee. If there is pet damage, or pets brought without approval, $ will have to come out of your deposit.

Being a home built van, once in a while, troubleshooting can become needed. I always do my best to help make your trip as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
Pick Up & Drop Off
Times listed are a placeholder and we can connect to see what time works best. Your vehicle can be left at the property while youre on your trip. Contactless pick up / drop off is preferred. Please do reach out and ask if other accommodations regarding pickup up/drop off are needed.

Driving
- Only authorized drivers are covered and allowed to drive the van at any time.
- No texting, speeding, reckless or intoxicated driving.
- You are responsible for any traffic tickets, tolls, or impounds.
Roads
- No off-roading or 4x4 roads.
- Well maintained dirt roads ok.
Safety
- You must agree to have ceiling vent and doors open for proper ventilation when using propane cooking and hot water.
- Smoke, carbon monoxide, propane detectors, fire extinguishers, and common sense are all there for your safety.
Mechanical Care
- No towing anything.
- No extended idling outside traffic needs.
- If any dash lights or issues, contact me right away.
Partying
- Enjoy festivals, but be sober before you drive.
- No going up on to the roof please.
- Treat the van with care and respect as if it were your own.
Smells
- No cigarette smoke inside or right outside open van. Enjoy the herb though.
- No chemical air fresheners or other odor causing things.
Return
- Van re-fueled
