The RV arrived late because the host had the wrong dates on his calendar but the RVnGO reservation was correct. The trailer arrived in terrible condition, it was filthy and EVERYTHING inside was covered with so much outside dust it was not fit to breath the air, let alone use the furniture. In fact, he had to vacuum the blinds that’s how much dust was in this place and the fans good night even be used because all you saw was a dust cloud! The walls and doors were peeling and the rv was missing a wheel. The bathroom was so filthy. You couldn’t even use the commode or wouldn’t want to. It was disgusting! At setup, the host dumped the black water from the previous renters and attempted to remove the dirt along the doorways and put clean sheets on the queen bed. The host came the next day for a quick cleaning of the windows, blinds floors and bathroom. After a few days, we found dead insects under the bunk mattresses ( stained with urine??), the recliner chair pull broken (chair couldn’t recline), HVAC filters full with dirt, the furnace smelled of burnt dirt, and more peeling walls. We rented this RV last year and no maintenance appeared to be corrected from the previous year. I will not be using this host again. Its a shame that we had to write this review… but I also know that if you want a good business, you have to do what’s right and his effort did not coincide with that! We are very clean and self-conscious people where it’s concerns something that we are renting from people and we take very good care as it were ours. Our host Paul was a pleasure to deal with. Great communication, drop off and setup was on time and exactly where we had discussed. The camper functioned exactly as it should have. The host Paul was great. Just an all around good guy. Great communication! He dropped the camper off exactly when he sad he would be there. The camper was spotless! Rented 3 trailers from Paul, and could not be happier! All 3 were impeccably clean and exactly as pictured. Soft and comfortable mattresses, clean and cozy. This trailer fit my family of 5 very comfortably. The bunkhouse was great, and the fireplace was a nice added touch with our morning coffee! Paul was very prompt whenever we had a quick question. Everything went smoothly and met or exceeded expectations. Highly recommend this RV as it had all the amenities, was super comfortable and in great condition.
