Brand new 2019 Wildwood X-Lite 282QBXL with 1 slide to give you much needed space! This is a triple bunk house camper perfect for any family looking for a great adventure in this spectacular part of the country. The floor plan has a queen bed up front with sliding doors for privacy. A jack knife sofa that easily sits three adults and with one hand turns into a twin bed, 40" LED HDTV with dvd player, Bluetooth stereo with indoor and outdoor speakers and a ton of family friendly movies. U shape dinette in the kitchen accommodates our family of 5 with ease, granted three of us are under 11... It has a three burner stove with oven and microwave and an 8 cubic foot separate fridge and freezer that will pack enough food for weeks of great campfire meals. The large outside kitchen comes with a swing around gas grill, sink, plenty of counter space for prep, and a dorm size fridge/freezer that's perfect for juice boxes, snacks, and dads carbonated pain relief. A feature that can never be left off is the outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Perfect for washing off a muddy dog... or child. Mine seem to have some sort of unspoken competition to see who can find a place to get dirty the quickest but in the end they all end up here before coming back inside. The camper has all push button electric leveling systems and tongue jack, that's right... no cranking for you! The bathroom features a tub/shower combo perfect for even the littlest ones, plenty of head room for adults as I'm 6'2 and have a few inches to spare. Plenty of space in cabinets and the foot flush toilet should need no explanation if you have ever had one with a pull handle. For storage there is a really big pass through up front, also under the master bed. Even more in the wardrobes in the master and underneath the dinette. The bunkhouse has a pretty much floor to ceiling armoire with drawers and full length hanging space. Down to the nitty gritty: -The awning is not covered by RVshare insurance. It will be without power and locked in place unless requested and the replacement deposit is submitted. A 10x10 easy up will be provided for your outdoor comfort. -Please remember this is a family friendly camper so NO SMOKING is allowed inside. If violated the penalty will be $500 -There are two 30lb propane tanks on the unit that will be filled at no charge before your trip. -Grey and black tanks must be dumped before return including black tank flush ($100 fee if not completed) -NOT available for Burning Man-sorry -Pets are NOT permitted to be in the trailer unsupervised.
