We do not recommend renting this vehicle or using this app to rent an RV. We had a wonderful trip lasting 42 days, in spite of a lot of things that were not mentioned and faced with problems. Water hook up didn’t work and we were 42 days without water connection. We had fill up the water tank manually. We couldn’t check levels of all white and grey water cause sensor didn’t work. Quality of the car is not really good. But!! In spite of all this we were very polite and care about the RV, we never mentioned in rude comments regarding this and were just happy about our trip…We paid a lot of money for it. But unfortunately, what we encountered after the trip was abnormal and unacceptable. Owners accepted RV after we used it and said that everything was fine and they had no complaints about us. And a few days later they charged us an additional $ 460. Including for dump/diesel/propane and broken glass. I’ll explain now step by step. Diesel and Propane we returned with the level that we got. Greg Water tank we cleaned but maybe because sensor didn’t work they decided to charge for it, we are still trying to guess. At the beginning owners assured us that it was nothing to worry about that sensor doesn’t work… And final broken glass.. we parked near Tenaya lake and went to swim. When we come back we found paper with the car number that damaged our left mirror glass, we immediately informed owners about that and they answered (we have all communication in WhatsApp) that it’s up to our insurance and we don’t need to care about it. So we were surprised why we have to pay for all this if owners just insured us after full checking while check out that everything is ok and we don’t owe any cent.. And when we wrote a claim on the website with full justification, they promised to review the claim and respond within one day. Subsequent requests to respond to us led to nothing. We were simply robbed for $ 460 by owners and this website without even any response, check or investigation… we have all pictures, screenshots and communication… We are in shock..
