The trailer shall be returned in like condition in order to prevent additional cleaning charges. Please spray and wipe counters (cleaners included), wash & put away all cooking utensils/dishes/etc., sweep floor and remove trash from trailer and campsite and place in campground dumpsters or haul out. Deep cleaning, sanitizing and mopping are not necessary. If the unit is not returned in like condition, we will charge an excess cleaning fee at our discretion which will be discussed upon return. The unit is inspected at pick up and we DO take pictures of anything we think needs attention. A Cleaning fee of $50.00 will automatically be deducted from deposit at return. Security Deposit:
A $500.00 security deposit is required for each trailer rental. This pre-authorized deposit will be applied to the total cost for repairing or replacing missing or damaged items inside or outside of the trailer, and/or excessive cleaning or fumigating of the trailer needed after customers stay. Customer will be notified before charges are applied to credit card. Customer's information will be kept on file. An additional $500 deposit (totaling $1,000) will be required for trailers with a rented generator. Customer is responsible for generator including damage and/or theft.
Grey and black tanks must be emptied upon return or $100 dumping fee will be charged.
