This is a 2013 Rockwood High Wall folding trailer. It has a great interior with a sink, 3 burner stove, oven, water heater, private toilet and shower, refrigerator, heater, outside kitchen and shower and a 26-gallon fresh water tank and 12-gallon grey and black water sewage tanks. It has one king-size and one queen-size bed. One dinette with a full-size bed. Sleeps a family of 6 comfortably.
Great lighting and clean inside and out. Ready to go camping. This trailer has the amenities of a full size trailer but it's easier to tow. It weighs less than 3500 pounds any Truck or LARGE SUV with a 2" ball and a 7-pin connector can tow it. Top of the ball should measure 20-22" from the ground to provide a level ride. Takes no longer than 15-20 minutes to set up. Solar panel addon required if no electrical hookups.
