This RV is Thor Cheateau 2021 Ford C-Class. Whether this is your first journey or you are an experienced RV driver you'll be amazed how easy it is to drive. you can see your water, propane, black and grey water levels, switch on your water pump, water heater, and even your generator all in one panel. You dont even have to manually fuel the generator as it's already integrated into the engines gasoline tank. It's Fully Loaded, which includes Bluetooth stereo, a backup camera, left and right mirror cameras and a slide-out on the driver's side that expands the living room and kitchen area.
It has 3 beds that can sleep up to 6 people. A private master bedroom with a queen bed sleeps 2, dinette table folds down to sleep one adult or 2 children, bunk over cab sleeps 2.
The kitchen has a refrigerator/freezer (that can run on electricity or propane), 3 burner stove and oven, and a microwave. Very spacious bathroom with a 24"x36" stand-up shower, and tons of cabinet space throughout the entire rig.
We stock our RV with all the home essentials that you'll possibly need, and it's included in your rental:
- Cookware, utensils, dishes/bowels, cups and silverware for up to 6 people
- Coffee maker with coffee bean.
- Dish detergent & sponge, disposable gloves, and trash bags.
- Toilet paper
- Paper towel
-Aluminum Foil, food wrap
- Wine opener, can opener, peeler
-Salt and pepper
-cutting knives and boards
-dish rack and drying mat
-4 pairs of slippers for indoor use only
-shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, Q-tips, cotton, flosser

- One 40" TV and one 32" TV

The RV will be clean with a full tank of gas, propane, and fresh water upon pick up. Please return the RV in same clean condition as you received it, with a full tank of fuel and empty the grey and black waste tanks. A $100 dumping fee will be charged if tanks are not empty upon return.
**Our RV is a dog friendly RV** with $50 additional cleaning fee.
DURING USE:
-NO SMOKING (Min $500 charge for smoke/vape damage)
-No roof access or towing
UPON RETURN:
- Fuel tank (unleaded): $100 re-fill charge + cost of unleaded fuel
- Propane: $50 re-fill charge + cost of propane
- Generator: 4hr allowance/night + $5/hr for overage time
- Grey/Black tanks: emptied by Owner for minimal $100 fee
- Excessive cleaning fee: based on condition and any excessive cleaning required
- Any tire damage or objects in tires - $250 per damaged tire
- Return all keys in good condition
- Responsible for any damages not covered by Renters Insurance
